Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time qualify for a full refund.

If you need to cancel your reservation, the applicable refund or charge depends on how much notice is provided before the scheduled pickup time.
50% Charge
Between 4 and 24 hours before pickup
Cancellations made between 4 and 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a 50% charge.
Full Charge
Within 4 hours of pickup
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time are fully chargeable because the vehicle and chauffeur have already been exclusively reserved and dispatched for your journey.
Refund eligibility is determined by the time remaining before the scheduled pickup.
