By using this website, submitting a booking request, or confirming a trip with Umrah Transportations, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit or confirm a booking.

02. Our Services

Umrah Transportations provides private transportation services in Saudi Arabia, including airport transfers, chauffeur rides, within-city transport, city-to-city travel and Ziyarat transportation.

Service availability may depend on the requested route, vehicle availability, travel date, passenger count and other trip requirements.

03. Booking & Confirmation

• Website booking details may be sent through WhatsApp for confirmation and support.
• A submitted form or WhatsApp message does not by itself guarantee vehicle availability.
• Your booking is treated as confirmed when the trip details are accepted and confirmed through the applicable booking process.
• You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop-off, date, time, passenger and contact information.

04. Pricing & VAT

Prices displayed by the booking system are based on the selected ride type, route, vehicle and available pricing data.

Where a route price is not available automatically, a custom fare may be confirmed through WhatsApp.

05. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must provide correct trip and contact details.
• Passenger count, luggage and any child-seat or special-assistance requirements should be disclosed before confirmation.
• Passengers are responsible for being ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
• Any unlawful, unsafe or abusive use of the service may result in refusal or termination of service.

06. Availability & Service Changes

Vehicle availability, driver assignment, pickup timing and route conditions can be affected by traffic, road restrictions, airport operations, weather, security controls or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where necessary, the service team may contact you to confirm or adjust operational details.

07. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, refund and return-related matters are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please review that policy before confirming a booking where cancellation or refund conditions are important to your trip.

08. Website Use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business booking purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, misuse booking forms, access restricted systems, or submit false or malicious information.

09. Liability

Umrah Transportations aims to provide reliable private transportation, but travel times can be affected by circumstances outside reasonable control, including traffic, road closures, airport delays and government restrictions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
